In the highly competitive event furniture hire sector, there is often little to differentiate one provider from another. Europa International wouldn’t win over customers by having the same look and feel as all the others. It needed to stand out through something other than price.

We helped Europa to refine and cultivate its brand promise and voice in way that would truly capture the company’s spirit—easily loveable, instantly recognisable and ever so slightly cheeky.

The result was instrumental in building affection for the brand. To bring this into the real world, I worked closely with the company to advise, direct and implement marketing activity that would connect with its audience in ways most providers never dream of—lively, fun and bursting with personality.

Every aspect of brand communication was bright, colourful, and playful—a brand that’s open, approachable, and makes hiring furniture for events a fun part of customers’ everyday working life. Europa’s new soul was condensed under the claim “Hire Happy”. The aim was to create a clear premise: to be seen as uniquely different and tell a powerful story across all marketing activity.

This was achieved via a dynamic and engaging collection of brand assets and visibly different online presence that would challenge the staid conventions that exist in the industry.

By injecting the infectious energy of Europa into marketing activations, we helped audiences to reimagine the hire experience.
